- J. Michael Collins is an assistant professor of consumer finance at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and the founder of PolicyLab Consulting Group, LLC. He also co-founded MortgageKeeper.org and worked for NeighborWorks America, The Joint Center for Housing Studies, the Millennial Housing Commission and the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. He has degrees from Miami University (MS), Harvard University (MPP) and Cornell University (PhD).
